Global Process Owner: People Services

Are you a strategic leader with experience in process ownership and team management? Do you have a proven track record of driving digital transformation and business excellence?

We are seeking a Global Process Owner for our People Services team, responsible for leading the development and implementation of global processes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive meaningful change.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in business transformation, digitalization, and process optimization. They will possess strong technical skills in digitalization, automation, and data analytics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of global processes for People Services.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive meaningful change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement key performance metrics and dashboards to measure progress and success.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Operations Management, Business Administration, etc.).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in business excellence, transformation, application management, and digital service delivery.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in digitalization, automation (RPA), service management; skilled in data analytics, dashboard development, and process improvement.
  • Strong proficiency in program and project management, service optimization, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience with stakeholder and customer relationship management, demand forecasting, and influencing product development teams.
