Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Global Education Expert to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in guiding students with international education opportunities and the entire admission-to-visa process.

About the Role:

  • Counsel students regarding global study options (programs, universities, and countries).
  • Guide students through the complete admission process including application forms, SOPs, LORs, and documentation.
  • Provide accurate information about universities, programs, scholarships, and eligibility criteria.
  • Support students with visa guidance, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in admission and visa requirements for key study destinations.
  • Maintain proper follow-up and ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Study Abroad/Overseas Education Counselor.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in counseling for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or Schengen Countries
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
