We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Study Abroad Team as a Counsellor. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide personalized guidance to students pursuing higher education abroad.

About the Role

This role is responsible for guiding students through their journey of pursuing higher education abroad. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals, background, and eligibility;
  • Advising students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies;
  • Supporting students throughout the admission process—application filing, documentation, LORs, SOPs, and fee payments;
  • Guiding students and parents through the visa process, including preparing them for interviews and document collection;
  • Cordinating with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices when needed;
  • Maintaining accurate student records in CRM tools and providing timely reports;
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions;
  • Staying updated with current trends in international education and maintaining relationships with partner universities;
  • Attending training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency a must);
  • An empathetic listening style and persuasive communication skills;
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.);
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
