Head of Talent Acquisition
  • The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, driving exceptional performance and results.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract top talent in fintech and technology.
  • Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Build and promote a strong employer brand to differentiate the organization from competitors.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles.
