At the forefront of our digital transformation, we are seeking a seasoned User Experience Researcher to drive user experience through strategic data and research insights.

This role requires collaboration with the UX team and cross-functional partners to embed a rigorous research perspective into strategic decisions that drive both user and business value.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Expertise in writing reports and internal communications.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with agile process and delivery models.
  • A rigorous approach to documentation and organization.
