Essential criterial for the role:

● 6+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience.

● Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.

● Experience writing reports and internal communications.

● Excellent communication and analytical skills.

● Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team.

● Experience with agile process and delivery models.

● A rigorous approach to documentation and organization.

● Tools: Pendo, User Testing, Hotjar, Figjam, User Zoom, Jira, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helpscout,

Google Workspace, Quicksight, Miro, FigJam, Dovetail, Maze Bonus Points.

● SaaS experience desired.

● A versatile thinker comfortable working with ambiguity.

PS: This is a pure UX Researcher role. Those with only UX Design experience will not be considered.
