Pursue a Leadership Role in SaaS Alliance Strategy

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will lead Zoho alliances, drive business growth through SaaS platforms, and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Zoho alliance strategy aligned to business priorities.
  • Establish and maintain senior relationships with Zoho leadership and sales teams.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives—account mapping, co-selling, campaigns, and pursuits.
  • Create a Zoho Center of Excellence for certified talent, reference architectures, and accelerators.
  • Integrate Zoho with domain IP and multi-line-of-service offerings to differentiate solutions.
  • Track and report alliance key performance indicators including pipeline, influenced revenue, and certifications.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 16+ years of experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise tech with proven alliance or partner leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho's product suite (CRM, Finance/ERP, HR, Low-Code, Analytics, etc.) or similar SaaS ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth through partnerships and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience in practice building and talent enablement.
  • Excellent CXO-level stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Cloud knowledge is a plus.
