The role of an Alliance Manager is to oversee the management and scaling of strategic partner relationships, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, to drive joint business growth.
This involves acting as an extension of our clients' GTM infrastructure, leveraging expertise to build and execute co-selling and demand generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
- Experience: 3-6 years in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
- Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. Strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Mindset: An outcome-oriented and proactive mindset is essential. Problem-solving skills and a willingness to take complete responsibility for work and its outcomes are required.
