Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Lead to enhance our customer service capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer support, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer support to internal and external customers
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues using technical systems, APIs, and SQL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes and outcomes
  • Develop and implement data-driven recommendations for operational improvements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and support activities

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS technical support, customer operations, or similar project-focused roles
  • Intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk; reporting and project configuration experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experienced in working with large data sets to identify trends and resolve complex issues
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure logical, data-backed recommendations for operational improvements
