Compliance and Ethics Lead

As a Compliance and Ethics Lead, you will champion ethical behavior and integrity across the organization. This strategic role is responsible for embedding ethical principles into decision-making and leadership practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal investigations into ethical violations, ensuring thorough analysis and fair outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain compliance programs to prevent sexual harassment, including training and committee coordination.
  • Design and deliver ethics training sessions across departments, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Review and update policies related to ethics, compliance, and workplace conduct, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address emerging risks and ensure organizational values are upheld.
Strategic Functions:
  • Shape organizational culture by promoting ethical leadership and decision-making practices.
  • Monitor compliance trends and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Advise senior leadership on complex ethical dilemmas and policy implications.
  • Support ESG initiatives through proactive oversight and guidance.
