We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer and Risk Management Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for providing regulatory compliance coverage and risk management expertise across various aspects of our business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing a comprehensive compliance framework that aligns with industry regulations and best practices
  • Serving as the principal officer for our entity, including anti-money laundering and know your customer (AML/KYC) coverage
  • Providing regulatory advisory services to business teams and stakeholders on compliance matters
  • Evaluating compliance with relevant regulations, identifying issues, and developing solutions to mitigate risks
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory developments and updates, and communicating these changes to internal stakeholders

To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the compliance field, with a strong background in risk management and regulatory affairs. Professional qualifications such as a chartered accountant or master's degree are desirable. Experience with India AML/KYC regulatory requirements is advantageous.
