Job Title: Risk and Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective risk management processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's risk framework and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain a robust risk appetite that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement effective controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for remediation and mitigation strategies.
  • Support audit activities and provide input on audit findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Expertise in MS Office (O365) suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with risk management tools, such as ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of industry standards like ITIL, COBIT, and NIST.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Qualifications:
