The Centre of Excellence plays a pivotal role in driving business excellence across the organization.

As a specialist, you will shape and lead reward strategies, delivering solutions that support colleagues and business aspirations.

You will guide the business through change and risk management, ensuring reward practices are future-proofed, customer-centric, and drive increased performance.

Your key accountabilities:

  • Lead reward advice, guidance, and insight across the organization, developing data-led solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions enhancing reward effectiveness.
  • Drive leadership understanding of reward adoption and use, enabling informed decisions.
  • Simplify reward delivery and drive performance through insights.

You will implement and embed reward programmes, enhancing value as part of the Employer Value Proposition. You will bring external perspectives and best practices to increase the impact of reward on organizational performance.

You will need:

Advanced skills to translate business goals into reward strategies.

  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Change management expertise to facilitate smooth transition of reward change.
  • Storytelling with data and business insights to build the case for reward change.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence across all reward matters.

You will continuously build your knowledge base, influencing business reward solutions and growing capability through knowledge sharing and coaching.

Leadership accountabilities include experience as a champion, agent, partner, and thinker.
