Job opportunity: Team Lead

This role involves overseeing daily departmental operations to ensure timely communication, high-quality work review, team discipline, and knowledge transfer. Effective leadership is required to mentor project managers, manage client expectations, and drive operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate daily with clients regarding project status and provide timely reports.
  • Review team outputs (work papers, audit reports, certifications) and maintain structured documentation.
  • Track and consolidate daily submissions from project managers.
  • Facilitate learning initiatives and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Hold daily team meetings and periodic meetings with senior management.
  • Cascade training received from senior management to project managers.
  • Guide team members to achieve performance benchmarks and maximize output.
  • Maintain discipline and professionalism at all times.
  • Prepare and present project observations to senior management monthly.
  • Identify and develop potential leaders across various projects.
  • Create internal project backups regularly for smooth handovers.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of audit & assurance standards and processes.
  • Expertise in reviewing and analyzing audit work papers.
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting, compliance requirements, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
