Treasury Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the Head of Treasury in managing external stakeholders, raising funds, ensuring compliance, and handling cash flow/liability management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fund Raising & Relationship Management: Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to raise funds and build strong relationships.
  • Credit Rating Surveillance & Compliance Reporting: Monitor credit ratings and ensure timely submission of regulatory returns.
  • Debt Servicing & Liability Management: Manage debt servicing, investments in liquid funds/FDs, and oversee stock audits.
  • Cash Flow Planning & Audit Coordination: Plan and coordinate cash flow, manage post-disbursement compliances, and conduct due diligence reports.
  • Build & Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with PSU and private banks, arrange management calls, and negotiate rating fee structures.
  • Prepare Loan Applications & Documentation: Prepare loan applications, CMA data, and documentation for disbursements.
  • Coordinate with Legal & Compliance: Work with legal and compliance teams to vet transactions and ensure compliance.
  • Drive Fund Raising & Debt Raising Process: Drive the fund-raising process and speed up debt raising.
  • Handle Credit Rating Surveillance: Monitor and handle credit rating surveillance with multiple agencies.
  • Oversee Stock Audits & Charge Creation/Modification: Oversee stock audits, create/modifiy charges with MCA, and manage post-disbursement compliances.
  • Manage Liability Dashboard: Manage liability dashboard, debt servicing, and investments in liquid funds/FDs.
  • Support CFO in Cash Flow Management: Support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in cash flow management and cost of borrowing analysis.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: CA / Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance preferred)
  • Experience: 7-12 years' experience in fund raising for NBFCs/HFCs
  • Skills: Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management & problem-solving
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations, IND AS & IGAAP
  • Advantage: Knowledge of NHB refinancing is an advantage
