  • Strategic Support & Planning:

Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, set goals, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Project Management:

Lead key strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Operational Efficiency:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth within the beauty tech or retail space.

  • Communication & Alignment:

Serve as a communication conduit between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.

  • Market & Product Strategy:

Conduct market research to inform product positioning and competitiveness, and identify new revenue streams for the beauty brand.
