This position oversees the operational management of engineering systems across hospitality properties.

The successful candidate will ensure efficient functioning of all technical systems, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, and energy efficiency while driving team performance. This role interacts with various stakeholders including external members, vendors, consultants, service providers, authorities, managers, supervisors, staff, and contractual staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading day-to-day engineering operations to ensure smooth functioning of all systems and guest comfort.
  • Implementing preventive and routine maintenance schedules for electro-mechanical and civil infrastructure.
  • Monitoring utility consumption, ensuring energy efficiency, and maintaining cost discipline.
  • Ensuring timely renewal of statutory licenses, upkeep of machine rooms, and adherence to engineering SOPs.

This role requires a B.E./B-Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 8-10 years of relevant experience in hospitality or real estate engineering operations.

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of engineering principles.

They will be responsible for tracking engineering expenses, recommending cost-effective procurement of services, parts, and equipment, and evaluating capital expenditure proposals.

This role demands a high level of professionalism, accountability, and safety awareness.
