Business Development Associate
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs and agents.
- Educate members about TravClan and manage 100-200 business accounts
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, improve processes, and develop new products
- Grow agent businesses through TravClan, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing grievances effectively
- Manage feedback and escalations from business partners, fostering strong relationships
- Host nationwide events and meetups to engage members
This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
