We are on the lookout for a seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets;
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new business opportunities;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distribution partners and wealth management firms;
  • Drive B2B sales of alternative investment funds (AIFs) and other investment products to institutional clients;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and collateral materials;

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals;
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and collateral materials that support sales efforts;

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting business objectives;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions;
