Job Title: Elevator Service Sales Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Elevator Service Sales Professional to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service sales for elevators, escalators, and trav-o-lators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare estimates, quotations, and product presentations
  • Participate in pre- and post-tender review meetings, negotiations, and AMC finalizations
  • Identify and develop new markets/corporate clients to increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, and new customers for business development
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering efficient after-sales service
  • Coordinate with field operations teams to ensure timely renewals of service contracts
Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience OR Diploma holder with 12+ years of relevant experience
  • A strong background in AMC and service sales of elevators, escalators, trav-o-lators, etc.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
