The primary function of this role is to identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including digital platforms, networking events, and cold calls. This involves assessing the needs and potential of leads and making informed decisions for further engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation plans and campaigns that align with company objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive efforts in lead generation activities
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information to streamline lead management and communication efforts
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles
- Strong expertise in sales, marketing, lead generation, and CRM management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal coordination
- Strong negotiation skills to optimize the conversion of leads into prospective clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
