Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead our due diligence process. This role will involve analyzing financial information and identifying key issues that impact valuation and price considerations.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute client services as Engagement manager, ensuring timely delivery of quality outputs.
  • Evaluate and analyze business plans, projections, historical trading data, and cash flow statements to assess their accuracy and implications for the deal.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the target business, including its market position, competitive landscape, and growth prospects.
  • Lead a team in producing high-quality deliverables, such as Excel models and PowerPoint presentations, within agreed timelines.
  • Assess operating trends, earnings quality, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows considerations, net debt, etc.
  • Identify critical deal-related issues, evaluate their impact on valuation/price consideration, and recommend strategies to address these challenges.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with delivering services to clients.
