About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled automotive software integration specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in Basic Software (BSW) and AUTOSAR integration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Derive requirements for BSW based on customer specifications, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Implement, configure, and test BSW according to requirements, ensuring seamless integration with application layers.
  • Collaborate with external customers and counterpart teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, architects, and testers, to integrate BSW components and promote effective communication.
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex integration issues, utilizing root cause analysis techniques to drive resolution.
  • Oversee continuous integration and test result analysis, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automotive, Computer Science, or Controls Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
  • Possess 5-10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in BSW and AUTOSAR.

Key Requirements

  • Proven expertise in configuring, integrating, and testing AUTOSAR BSW modules, along with RTE across automotive ECUs.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Complex Device Drivers (CDD) and performing MCAL configuration for various microcontrollers (Infineon, Renesas, or NXP).
  • Proficiency in integrating and testing BSW with application layer components, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Domain knowledge in e-mobility systems, such as Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Inverters, is advantageous.
  • Experience in safety-critical software development aligned with ISO 26262 functional safety standards is desirable.
