Job Overview

The Senior Digital Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operation of projects related to email marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of emails
  • Performing quality assurance testing to guarantee email content renders well across email clients and meets client requirements
  • Coordinating with client contacts to secure approval of emails and address any edits needed
  • Scheduling emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Guiding clients on account protocols and answering questions regarding email templates and best practices
  • Processing and uploading distribution lists
  • Pulling metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and sharing them with clients
  • Assisting with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds
  • Identifying potential roadblocks or delays and making adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not required)
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably at an agency
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a geographically distributed team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced English level
