**Job Opportunity for a Creative Strategist**

We're looking for an innovative and ambitious professional to join our team as a Creative Director UI/UX. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our clients and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with expertise in creating engaging video and static ad creatives. Proficiency in Webflow is essential, as well as experience in managing client visual identity projects and composing nurture email sequences. Additionally, the successful applicant will have a solid understanding of SEO principles and be able to coordinate with SEO partners to optimize landing pages for maximum traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop highly engaging video and static ad creatives that capture the attention of our target audience
  • Build funnels in Webflow for TRU and its clients to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Manage client visual identity projects for off-plan properties, ensuring consistency and brand recognition
  • Compose nurture email sequences in Brevo (or similar) to educate and engage clients
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to inform data-driven marketing decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, marketing, and technology
