We are seeking a senior marketing professional to join our team in managing brand identity and executing operational aspects of marketing.

This role will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the company's strategic goals across all touchpoints and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative and logistical deadlines for exhibitions and marketing events, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather product information.
  • Act as liaison between the company and external social media agency, overseeing planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track and manage marketing expenses, collaborate with finance team for processing invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Marketing Budget Management:
  • Maintain updated records and reports on campaign spends and cost effectiveness.
  • Identify and evaluate vendors in key markets for printing, branding, gifting, and events.
Sales Support:
  • Drive creation, review, and distribution of brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
  • Collaborate with design agencies, internal teams, and printers for timely execution.
Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Negotiate terms and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Maintain database of approved vendors with rate cards and service histories.
Lead Monitoring & Coordination:

Monitor and track incoming enquiries generated through social media, website, and digital campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries and coordinate timely follow-up with the relevant sales teams.
