Job Role Description

This role will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of Indian marketing programs for the Piping Systems division. Under guidance from country sales leadership and marketing teams, the jobholder will drive campaigns and programs that build sales pipeline, nurture leads, and convert to orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage day-to-day execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms under guidance.
  • Establish go-to-market strategies for Piping Systems inclusive of product marketing and segment-focused marketing, encompassing product launch, lead generation, experiential, and social media, and determine the most effective strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process and report status/results regularly.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance regularly.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with Marketing, Communications, and Sales Enablement.
  • Manage events and trade shows.
  • Research/make recommendations on regional media partners and industry associations for digital marketing, sponsorships, co-branded email, and other creative means to reach online audiences.
  • Support effective internal communications and external communications, including public relations, to drive exposure of Piping Systems.
  • Develop case studies and thought leadership stories, as well as articles for internal newsletters, that drive demand for our solutions and perceived leadership.

Requirements

You are expected to have a Master's degree in marketing with 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and communications. Key skills include marketing campaign development, event management, digital marketing, social media marketing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, strong communication and organizational skills, effective interpersonal skills, organizing and time management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
