Key Account Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Key Account Manager to lead our team of collections professionals in achieving collection targets assigned to the territory.

About This Role:
  1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of collection efficiency across assigned buckets, ensuring timely execution of legal tools such as warrants and enforcement proceedings.
  2. Effective portfolio management is crucial, requiring the ability to allocate portfolios across team members based on demographic spread and volume.
  3. A strong analytical mindset is necessary to maintain zero delinquency within required parameters, while publishing MIS and reviewing daily collections.
  4. The selected individual will work closely with internal and external legal teams to ensure receipt of payments and recovery of bad debts.
  5. Leading by example, the successful candidate will motivate and supervise their team to implement a recovery agenda through training, motivation, and deployment strategies.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance collection efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Audit/NHB/IRB regulations.
