Job Title: Collection Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our collection team. As a Collection Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing field collection agencies, controlling roll rates and recovery of overdues, and liaising with partners for reconciliation and cash/cheque collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage field collection agencies for specific zones, ensuring effective operations and timely collections.
  • Control roll rates and recovery of overdues from delinquent pools, minimizing bucket-wise delinquencies.
  • Liaise with partners for reconciliation, cash/cheque collection, and provision of overdue details, bounce information, and mandate reject details.
  • Oversee the entire ROMG region, ensuring seamless operations and maximum collection efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in PL/BL products, with a strong understanding of collection processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
