We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Leader

In this role, you will:

- Design, deploy and manage scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud solutions on AWS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraforms
- Automate deployments and operations using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHUB, AWS CodePipeline, etc.)
- Manage and optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and IAM.
- Monitor cloud environments using AWS cloudWatch, and third-party tools.
- Ensure security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption and compliance.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and optimize performance/
- Collaborate with development and Operations teams to enhance cloud-based solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud Engineering.
- Proficiency in AWS services, networking and security concepts
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, bash or PowerShell.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- AWS certification (AWS solution Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer or equivalent is a plus

Soft Skills Required

- Clear communication to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to articulate progress, issues and blockers in a clear and timely manner.
- Experience with Agile methods of working and concepts.
- Ability to help train and upskill other team members.
- Strong documentation and ability to define processes.
