Residential Support Coordinator Job Opportunity

The Residential Support Coordinator role is a critical position that requires an individual with excellent leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep understanding of student welfare.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized candidate to oversee the daily operations of our hostel, ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive environment for students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hostel Administration: Oversee day-to-day hostel operations, including accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, and catering.
  • Student Welfare & Discipline: Maintain discipline, order, and decorum among hostel residents. Address grievances and counseling needs of students.
  • Coordination & Supervision: Supervise support staff, coordinate with mess staff, and liaise with university administration on hostel-related matters.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure proper security arrangements in the hostel premises, maintain records of visitors, and take prompt action during emergencies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree (preferably in Management, Social Sciences, Education, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hostel Warden / Administrator (experience in an educational institution preferred).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
