Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Lead to oversee the planning and execution of commercial, residential, and institutional architectural projects from conception to completion.

About the Role
  • Develop project designs with detailed drawings and bills of quantities (BOQs)
  • Represent design ideas with confidence in speech and technical skills
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural project planning and execution, including commercial, residential, and institutional projects
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from design conceptualization stage to final project handover
  • Draft technical drawings with knowledge of material products and its applications
  • Work closely with a team of professionals including building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists
  • Coordinate with project coordinators, architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants
  • Manage supporting staff in delegating work and overseeing assistance on projects as necessary
