We are seeking a skilled Reservation Agent to support a leading short-term vacation rental company based in the US.

This is a remote position requiring exceptional communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Skills: Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook). An American accent is a significant plus.

Abilities: Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing. Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools. Experience working with sales or reservations teams is a bonus.

Work Details: Remote work location. Night shift (US timings).
