Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of industrial consulting projects across various sectors. The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients and senior leaders to understand strategic objectives and problem areas.
  • Lead a team of consultants in delivering projects on an end-to-end basis with minimal supervision.
  • Analyze data, develop business forecast models, and create high-quality reports that meet client requirements.
  • Ensure timely project delivery, adhering to scope and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of consultants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel, with expertise in data mining and analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial sectors, including construction, energy, mining, and automotive.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in delivering industrial consulting projects.
