Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with clients across various industries to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Material Science or related field, with 0-2 years of experience in technical consulting, client engagement, or materials-related work. They will possess strong communication skills, knowledge of materials and industry-based standard test methods, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary contact for US-based clients across aerospace, semiconductors, polymers, medical devices, chemicals, advanced materials, energy, and sustainability industries.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored material testing solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Build and manage high-value accounts, driving long-term relationships and repeat business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Material Science, Metallurgical & Materials, Polymer, Ceramic, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in technical consulting, client engagement, or materials-related work.
  • Strong communication skills to manage US-based clients and high-profile accounts.
  • Knowledge of materials, their properties, characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, FTIR, GCMS, XRD, AFM, DSC, etc.), and industry-based standard test methods.
  • Comfortable in a start-up culture, taking ownership beyond core responsibilities.
