Job Title:

SAP MM and SD Implementation Lead

Description:

This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP functional lead roles, specifically in the areas of Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD). The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of custom developments and configuration activities within these modules.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for business and customer stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of business requirements and functional design/testing. They will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for procurement and inventory processes, participating in the full-cycle development process from gathering business requirements to post-implementation support.

Key responsibilities include preparing functional specifications and test scripts for development, conducting system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as ensuring seamless integration between developers, third-party consultants, and customer resources.

Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving system bugs and performance issues, conducting workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to optimize business processes and improve ROI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Experience of managing a team of functional consultants.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Experience handling custom developments for complex custom solutions.
