Position Requirements:

  1. Create video content with original and repurposed footage.
  2. Take a brief to grasp team needs and specifications.
  3. Develop and review script and raw material for videos.
  4. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence.
  5. Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
  6. Create rough and final cuts.
  7. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
  8. Consult with stakeholders from various teams.
  9. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
Competencies:
  • 4+ years proven work experience as a video editor.
  • Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere After Effects and Final Cut).
  • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
  • Familiarity with special effects, animation, 3D and compositing.
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills.
