Job Opportunity: Creative Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Creative Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation group, you will be responsible for developing high-quality content that drives engagement and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of writing samples, excellent research skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, and edit engaging content for various mediums, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Conduct interviews with subject-matter experts and gather information from industry sources.
  • Develop compelling story ideas and pitch creative concepts aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and voice across all content channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to create integrated content strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging digital content formats.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional writing/editing experience, preferably in media houses, digital agencies, or corporate communications.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to write engaging, factual, and reader-friendly content.
  • Proficiency in AP Style or other editorial style guides.
  • Excellent research skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business journalism, lifestyle writing, or corporate content creation.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure content performance.
