We are seeking a seasoned Consulting Manager to lead our consulting and operations functions. This is a key leadership role where you'll manage teams, consult clients, and ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring industry experience (Exports, GST, MCA, Subsidy Consulting, or CA firm background) and drive both client delivery and business growth.

The Consulting Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services to clients.
  • Developing and implementing effective operational processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to achieve their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications">">

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
