Commercial Banking Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Banking Specialist to join our team as a domain consultant and advisor. As a key member of our BFSI practice, you will provide strategic insights, process consulting, and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

  • You will act as a solutions expert/advisor to internal and external stakeholders, driving digital transformation initiatives in client banking operations through process reengineering, automation, Gen AI, and workflow orchestration.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment in solution implementation and ongoing service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain with exposure to corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, and client onboarding from operations standpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for BPS functions.
  2. Own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment.
  • Good understanding of digital banking trends, banking platforms, automation, analytics, and FinTech collaboration models.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations, capability decks, and process views.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
