Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services & Treasury department, you will work on actuarial consulting projects across multiple streams.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality consulting and technical services to our clients in India and overseas. You will focus on non-life insurance and work on actuarial consulting projects such as IFRS 17 implementation & assurance, audit reviews, M&A due diligence, and staff augmentation.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, growing consulting team focused on solving challenging problems through collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements
  • 4-7 years of actuarial experience in Insurance or Consulting Firms in Non-Life domain
  • At least 6 actuarial papers passed from IAI / IFoA as per the new curriculum
  • Prior experience with IFRS 17 / Ind AS 117 preferred
  • Prior experience of working in the India domestic market through insurance or consulting preferred
Expertise
  • Expertise in one or more of: IFRS 17, reserving, pricing and product development, automation of actuarial processes
  • Thorough understanding of non-life insurance products and Indian statutory requirements preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge of Python and / or VBA preferred
