We are seeking a proactive ORM professional to oversee the online presence of our brand. The ideal candidate will address customer feedback across various platforms, maintain a positive brand image, and develop strategies to enhance public perception.
- Monitor brand mentions on social media, blogs, forums, review sites, etc.
- Respond to customer reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues raised online.
- Ensure a consistent brand tone while addressing negative comments or reviews.
- Prepare regular reports showcasing sentiment analysis, key issues, and performance metrics.
- Track competitor activities and online reputation strategies.
- Suggest improvements to content, communication, and customer service based on feedback trends.
- Elevate critical issues or potential PR risks to relevant teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the online presence of our brand, addressing customer feedback, and developing strategies to enhance public perception.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in ORM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of SEO and content moderation best practices is beneficial.
