Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role at Ethnicrang, located on-site in Surat. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for the company's wholesale and retail products, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. You will be expected to generate new leads and opportunities, promote the brand and products, and provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales and online marketing
- Knowledge of customer support best practices
- Ability to generate leads and close sales
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
