Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Sales Executive located in Surat. The Store Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, demonstrating product features, and assisting customers with their purchases. Other duties include maintaining product displays, ensuring the store is well-stocked, managing sales transactions, and staying up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions. The Store Sales Executive will also help in achieving store targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer service, Sales, and Communication skills
  • Product demonstration, and In-depth product knowledge
  • Inventory management and Stock replenishment skills
  • Basic understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems and Sales transactions
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in retail management or related field is preferred
