Job Description

We are seeking an experienced communications professional to lead our corporate communications and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications plan that includes media relations, reputation strategy, stakeholder storytelling, and online reputation management. They will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to build trust, credibility, and awareness of our brand in the Indian market.

This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional communication, project management, and agency leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan that meets business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry leaders, and regulators
  • Manage online reputation through proactive monitoring and response to sentiment analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement crisis communication plans
  • Leverage thought leadership opportunities to position our brand as a leader in the industry

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and its nuances
  • Excellent communication, project management, and agency leadership skills
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working with online reputation management tools and sentiment analysis software
