About The Position:

This is a unique opportunity to work with corporate professionals and help them achieve mental wellness.

Our mission is to empower individuals to remove work-related anxiety using our Mind Empowerment Therapy.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct informative video consultations with potential clients, establishing trust and empathy through meaningful conversations.
  • Manage the schedule and handle inbound leads effectively, ensuring timely communication with prospects.
  • Complete daily tasks Monday through Saturday, staying aware of performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Be available for Slack communication from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily, responding promptly to messages and interactions.
  • Lead prospects to informed decisions about their mental wellness, upholding honesty and integrity in all interactions.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and activities within the CRM system, utilizing this data to improve performance and outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience with excellent communication skills, active listening, and strong work ethic.
  • Able to establish rapport with diverse personalities and demographics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
