Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis (10 PM – 6 AM).
  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels.
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our portal.
  • Undertake floor walks in hostels to build visibility and trust with students.
  • Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.

You Should Have:

  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
  • Experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic way.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including night shifts.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of local language is a plus).
  • Willingness to stay on campus
