We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior lawyer to join our corporate services team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for law graduates to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal work.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements
• Assisting with corporate compliance matters
• Preparing legal advisories and research notes
• Supporting corporate due diligence exercises
• Conducting trademark searches and filing applications

Requirements:

• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
