Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Manager to lead our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for payroll configuration & compliance, taxation rules setup, and new legal entity configurations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure NA payroll year end complex elements, balance adjustments, and retroactive corrections.
  • Establish and maintain taxation rules for compliance.
  • Set up new legal entities and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.

Key Skills:

  • 10-16 years of experience in Oracle HCM (NA Payroll).
  • Strong understanding of payroll integrations and tools.
  • Proficient in HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Fast Formulas for payroll logic.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processes and reporting.
  • Exposure to BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reporting.
  • Ability to generate and interpret payroll reports for audits and business insights.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Effective team management and issue resolution, strong communication skills to work closely with Leadership and Payroll Business Teams.
