Workday HCM Payroll

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Payroll professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality payroll services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Workday HCM Payroll and possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Workday HCM Payroll
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT industry
  • Experience working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
  • Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL
  • Functional expertise in setup and configuration of above-mentioned application based on client specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
